My story

Stéphane Dufraine

I've been working with major European firms mostly in the private sector as a corporate coach and a facilitator.

I started my own practice in 2015. Prior to this, I used to work as a Managing Director in several companies and created a start-up in 2014.

My educational background is in Engineering and Business. I graduated in France from a "Grande Ecole" in 2000. I also hold a MBA from the University of Chicago Booth School of Business.

I've completed further training in Coaching and Neuro Linguistic Programming (NLP).
